Location: The Atlantic between Bordeaux and Biarritz provides perfect surfing conditions during the summer season for beginners as well as pros surfers. Not for nothing do experts describe the beach break as the finest in the region around Seignosse/Hossegor. This is also the reason why the QuicksilverProFrance is held every year in October in Seignoss Le Penon. The ‘home beach’ of our Surf Villa was scene of the Evian Expression Session in October 2005! Thus you will surf at one of Europe’s top surf spots!

Accommodation: The lovely Surf Villa is placed only 400 metres from the Atlantic coast and the sound of the ocean invites you literally to go and catch the waves! It is surrounded by pine trees which makes the ‘after-surf chill-out sessions’ very relaxing and cosy.The Villa has doubles, triples and multi-bed rooms and a comfortable living room with a fire place and a huge glass front with the view on our terrace. Furthermore, the town Seignosse Le Penon offers a lot you can do while you are getting a rest from kicking the waves. You can find several restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, surf shops, cinemas as well as a fresh water swimming pool and a skate park.

Even the culture is not missed out. Our programme includes trips to San Sebastian, Bayonne/Biarritz, Bordeaux and Hossegor where you will rock in one of the most famous bars in the surfer scene, the ‘Rock Food’!

Surf Courses: Once had a good surf, it will not be that easy to stop. Thus you have to explain your girlfriend/boyfriend, that the next holidays will be themed with surfing. Our experienced surf coaches will shortly make it possible that even beginners will ride waves standing up. Even the first tries, lying down while riding the first waves, really are an adventure of its own, which no one should miss out on.

Surfing for beginners: The Basic-Surf course including 10 hours costs € 130.
20 hours are being offered at € 160. A wetsuit and a surfboard are included in the price, for the duration of the course. Paying an extra of € 25 per week, the board will be available to you even after the course so that you can practice, so that you will not have to stop surfing afterwards.

Surfing for the more advanced: For everyone who has already had a beginner’s course, is fond of the Take Off, and has set his goal on turning on the wave, the advanced course is the right thing for him/her. 6 hours of intensive surf lessons cost only € 75,- including the material. Paying an extra € 45 you can keep the board after the lessons and continue to practice at anytime, on your own.

Board- and Equipment rental: We do have a great range of training and rental boards which are from the brands NSP and BIC! On top of that we have long boards and short boards which are for rent. These can be rented for € 60 per week. We have wetsuits in all kinds of sizes and shorties can be rented for €15 per week!

Getting there: You can reach our camp in any way you like, by bus, train, flight or car. Most people, though, come with the ‘Rip Curl Surf-Shuttle’ bus from Germany which brings you directly to the camp. If you take the airplane, you can fly with Ryanair or Easyjet to Biarritz and take the train to Bayonne, or you can fly with TUIfly, Easyjet or Air Berlin to Paris and take the TGV to Bayonne.
